Because nervous system regulation was never meant to be the finish line. The UNTRIGGERED Woman Trauma Transformation System™ is the 12-week program that takes you the rest of the way.
Secure Your SpotYou're not broken. You're not resistant to healing. You're stuck at the ceiling of what nervous system regulation and talk therapy alone can do — and no one told you there was more to it.
The women who come to this program have already done significant work. They can name their trauma. They've read the books, tried somatic therapy, learned the breathing techniques. And still:
The problem isn't effort. The problem is that felt safety is only the beginning — and most trauma modalities stop there.
"Survivors are suppressing their emotions with nervous system regulation techniques — and it's hindering the integration of traumatic experiences. Felt safety is where the work starts. It's not where it ends."— Mia Vivone
Your Coach
I'm a Professional Trauma Recovery Coach with 23 years of experience and thousands of clients served — without a single dollar spent on advertising. My calendar stays full because what I do works, and the women who heal here tell others.
I built The UNTRIGGERED Woman Trauma Transformation System™ out of desperation. After years working in psychiatric and addiction clinics, and years of my own therapy and somatic work that left my limiting beliefs untouched, I developed a methodology that addresses what everyone else was skipping: the beliefs, the cognitions, and the emotional patterns that keep trauma alive long after the body has learned to calm down.
I'm not a researcher who studies trauma from the outside. I'm a survivor of child abuse and neglect, molestation, domestic violence, addiction, homelessness, the death of a child, and more. I rebuilt my life using this framework. I know what it actually takes — not in theory, but in the body, the mind, and the daily choices that real transformation demands.
The Methodology
Most trauma modalities target only one dimension of an intricately connected system: the body, the mind, or the emotions. Somatic work calms the nervous system. Cognitive approaches challenge the beliefs and thought patterns. But interpersonal trauma doesn't affect only one aspect. The real work is where the three aspects intersect, addressing the whole person.
The UNTRIGGERED Woman Trauma Transformation works sequentially and simultaneously within all three dimensions. We establish nervous system safety first — not as the destination, but as the foundation that makes the deeper work possible. Then we go into the beliefs, the cognitive patterns, the emotional suppression, the identity distortions, and the relational dynamics that survival mode has built.
The result isn't management. It's integration. That's why Mia's clients get better and move on — because the work is actually complete.
Felt safety is only the beginning — lasting transformation happens when your beliefs, emotions, and body finally work together.
The System
Each phase of the program builds on the last. You can't reform beliefs from a dysregulated nervous system. You can't integrate emotion without accurate cognition. The sequence is the methodology.
Establish the nervous system safety that makes change neurologically possible. This is the floor, not the ceiling.
Identify and reform the core beliefs, cognitive distortions, and thought patterns that keep survival mode running even when the danger is gone.
Process and integrate emotion rather than suppress it. Recreate the self conditioned towards maladaptation by survival, with a new you emerging.
Apply the internal work to your communication, relationships, career, and daily life. Not as a performance — as your actual self.
The Curriculum
Each module is two weeks. Each week includes a live 90-minute group session, structured integration work, and async support inside the community. At the close of each module you meet individually with Mia for a 30-minute private session — your space to integrate the work and address what's personal to you.
Weeks 1–2 · Felt Safety Foundation
We establish the physiological foundation that makes all subsequent work possible. This isn't a detour — it's the prerequisite. You'll learn somatic tools for rapid nervous system recovery, build stress tolerance through repeatable practice, and develop an understanding of your own window of tolerance. The group container itself becomes a co-regulation environment from day one.
You leave able to access your thinking brain when triggered — the foundational skill everything else depends on.
Weeks 3–4 · Rewriting the Operating System
This is where the work goes deeper than nervous system regulation alone can reach. We identify the core beliefs formed in survival — about your worth, your safety, your lovability, your capability — and begin the structured process of reforming them. Shame schemas, people-pleasing patterns, and the internal rules you built to survive get examined and replaced with beliefs that reflect who you actually are now.
You identify your primary operating beliefs and begin active, evidence-based reformation.
Weeks 5–6 · Taking the Wheel of Your Mind
Belief reformation changes the operating system. Cognitive recalibration is the daily runtime. We work on the thought patterns, cognitive distortions, and meaning-making processes that perpetuate survival mode in real time — catastrophizing, mind-reading, all-or-nothing thinking, and the spiral that takes a small moment and turns it into a crisis. You'll develop a practical toolkit for real-time thought interruption and accurate appraisal under pressure.
You can identify a distortion mid-spiral and redirect — not eventually, but in the moment.
Weeks 7–8 · Feeling Without Being Ruled
This module is the heart of what separates this system from regulation-only approaches. Emotions that aren't processed are suppressed — and suppression is not healing. We work on affect labeling, emotional completion cycles, the difference between feeling an emotion and being consumed by it. You'll learn to move through emotional experiences fully without collapsing into them or shutting them down — which is what integration actually requires.
You can feel completely — including the difficult emotions — and return to functional clarity faster than you ever have.
Weeks 9–10 · Identity Beyond Survival
Trauma reshapes identity. Survival mode becomes the personality. This module is about rebuilding a stable, coherent sense of self that holds under relational pressure — one grounded in your values, your strengths, and your actual history rather than your protector parts. We work on self-trust through behavioral integrity, the distinction between your trauma-shaped self and your chosen self, and the daily practices that reinforce a stable internal foundation.
You carry a consistent sense of who you are across work, relationships, and the moments that used to knock you sideways.
Weeks 11–12 · Connection from Security
The final module is where all the internal work becomes external reality. You'll develop a functional relational framework: how to read relational dynamics accurately (red, yellow, and green flags), how to set and hold boundaries without guilt or over-explanation, how to communicate clearly and repair well. The group itself becomes the live practice field — you've spent 10 weeks building safety with these women, and now you use it.
You leave with the tools and the practiced capacity to choose connection from security rather than fear.
Women healing relational trauma need witnessed healing. Being seen in dysregulation and supported through it — by a coach with 23 years of expertise and by peers who are walking the same path — is itself a healing experience. The group container replicates the relational safety that trauma stole.
Cohorts are capped at 12. This is a deliberate choice: small enough for real intimacy, large enough to create genuine community.

What Women Say
"I have been in therapy on and off for more than 30 years. My experience with Mia has not only been informative, but absolutely transformative. Through our work together, I gained valuable insight into how the trauma I survived has affected my nervous system — and what to do about it. Mia's empathy and kindness shone through from our first meeting. I couldn't be more grateful."— Sallie C.
"Mia has helped several members of my family and brought healing to us all. She gave me a sense of worth I didn't realize I was missing. Once the core trauma was addressed, healing followed — and put me in a position to address other life issues. I continue to experience a richer and more fulfilling life."— Jeannie B.
"I'm a childhood trauma survivor with cPTSD. I've been to great counselors in the past, yet I never got as excited to see them. With Mia, I look forward to our sessions because I'm learning so much that I can apply right away. I've learned more in a much shorter time with her than I ever have with any talk therapist or group therapy."— Gloria B.
"When she asked me what I was looking for, I said: 'To not feel like a complete failure at life.' She said she could help with that — and she has. Mia helped me release the shame I carried my entire life. I believed I would never be free of it. I am. I'm now in a home that is spacious, full of light, surrounded by nature. My relationships are improving. I am learning to love myself."— Donna F.
"Mia's skills are unparalleled, and her combination of guidance and wisdom are incredible. She helped me work through a very difficult time in my life and fostered tremendous growth. I learned so much about myself and how to show up better in this world. It's an investment to work with her — and so well worth it."— Alicia J.

Enrollment closes when the cohort fills. No exceptions.
No. This is trauma recovery coaching, not clinical mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on present-state functioning, belief reformation, emotional skill-building, and forward movement. If you are in active mental health crisis or require psychiatric care, please seek clinical support first. Many women work with a therapist and a coach simultaneously — they serve different functions.
Most women in this program have done significant therapeutic work. This program takes up where nervous-system-only and insight-only approaches leave off. If you have self-awareness and still aren't experiencing lasting change in your behavior and relationships, this is precisely what was missing. You will not be starting over — you'll be going further.
Every session is recorded and available in your member portal. Consistent live attendance is strongly encouraged — the group dynamic is part of the therapeutic value — but you will not lose access to the content if life intervenes.
The group format is intentional, not a cost-efficiency compromise. Women healing relational trauma need to practice being seen, heard, and supported within a relational container. The group becomes a live laboratory for the relational skills built in Module 6 — and the community that forms within a cohort is itself a healing experience. You will also have Mia's direct expertise in every live session.
