My Story

For decades I lived in persistent survival states.

Hyper-reactive. Severely depressed. Suicidal.

It affected my work, my relationships, and my ability to feel safe in my own mind and body.

I tried what seemed like everything.

Conventional therapy gave insight, but not a practical path forward.

Recovery spaces helped in some ways, but often pushed suppression over integration.

I looked functional from the outside while silently struggling.

Later, working in clinical environments, I saw others trapped in the same painful cycles.

People were surviving systems that often could not fully help them heal.

I refused to believe this was all life had to offer.

So I built a different approach.

One that works with body and mind together.

One that goes beyond awareness and creates change in how you actually respond.

That changed my life.

And it has helped hundreds of women do the same.
